  • 1/4 c. dry vermouth
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 box asparagus frzn (10 ounce.)
  •     or possibly 3/4 lb. fresh asparagus sliced in 1" pcs
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms washed, trimmed,
  •     and thick-sliced
  • 1 lrg sprig parsley
