- 1/2 lb frzn whole small green beans
- 1 lrg onion, minced
- Â Â One (15-oz) can white kidney beans (cannellini) or possibly chick peas, liquid removed
- 1 x green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 x red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- Â Â Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
- Â Â One 12.(3-oz) package hard or possibly extra hard silken tofu
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. minced fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard pwdr
