Pasta Primavera Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb corkscrew pasta
  • 2 med carrots, peeled and cut into thin ovals
  • 1/2 lb frzn whole small green beans
  • 1 lrg onion, minced
  •     One (15-oz) can white kidney beans (cannellini) or possibly chick peas, liquid removed
  • 1 x green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 x red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  •     Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
  •     One 12.(3-oz) package hard or possibly extra hard silken tofu
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard pwdr
