- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 1/2 lbs. pork boneless shoulder, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. cornstarch plus 1 T
- 2 cans (15 1/4 ounce each) pineapple chunks in juice, liquid removed (reserve juice)
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
