  • 24 x Asparagus spears
  • 8 slc Swiss cheese, 4x4-inch
  • 4 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  •     Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. Grated cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. Toasted almonds
