Artichoke Dip Recipe


  • 1/2 c. nonfat lowfat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 x scallions cut in chunks
  • 1 sm clove garlic minced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (14 ounce) rinsed,
  •     liquid removed


Process Lowfat Sour Cream, Parmesan Cheese, Scallions And Garlic In A Food Processoror Blender Till Blended. Add In Artichokes And Process Just Till Finely Minced. (1 3/4 C.)
