- 4 c. Vegetable stock Or possibly
- 4 c. ,water -- plus
- 1 Tbsp. Liquid aminos
- 1 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1/2 x Bell pepper, red -- diced
- 1/2 x Onion, yellow -- diced
- 2 Tbsp. Rice flour or possibly whole wheat
- Â Â Pastry flour
- 1/2 c. Rolled oats (or possibly 3/4 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. Mustard -- prepared
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (or possibly 1/2 t)
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh -- minced
- Â Â (or possibly 2 Tablespoons)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Tahini
- 1 x Canola oil for frying (or possibly 2 Tablespoons)
- Â Â CURRY SAUCE-----
- 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1/2 c. Onion, yellow -- minced
- 1/2 c. Pineapple chunks -- fresh
- 1 x Banana -- sliced
- 1 x Apple, red -- cored and
- Â Â Sliced
- 1/2 c. Apple juice
- 1 Tbsp. Rice flour
- 2 tsp Tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt (opt)
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (or possibly 1/2 t)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Garlic, fresh -- chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger root, fresh --
