- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced or possibly 1 c. button mushrooms
- 1 c. ripe olives, sliced
- 1 c. green stuff olives, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced in thin rings
- 2 green pepper, sliced in strips
- 1 c. wine vinegar
- 1 c. oil
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, basil, garlic pwdr & white pepper
