  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar plus 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup margarine, melted or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • Crumb Topping:
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs - Panko are fine
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
