- 1 cup margarine, melted or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Crumb Topping:
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs - Panko are fine
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
