- 1Â 1/4 c. Dry anasazi beans
- Â Â Vegetable cooking spray
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 x 2-inch piece kombu, rinsed, (optional)
- 6Â 1/2 c. Water
- 1 c. Diced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Chopped ginger-root
- 1 x Dry red pepper, (optional)
- 2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 tsp Salt, (optional)
- 1 tsp Blackstrap molasses
- 3/4 lb Butternut squash
- 1 sm Head cauliflower
- 1/2 c. Fresh or possibly frzn peas
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds, toasted, (I cannot find these so I omitted them)
