  • 8 ounce Plums - stones removed and halved, (225g)
  • 3 Tbsp. Water, (3 to 4)
  • 2 ounce , (50-75g) caster, (2 to 3) sugar to taste
  • 1/2 x Schwartz Vanilla Pod - split
  • 1 x Schwartz Cinnamon stick - broken in 2
