- 2 x Carrots, depending on size
- Â Â Chile peppers, your choice (red ones look pretty)
- 1 x Green onion
- 1 tsp Finely minced ginger
- 2 tsp Finely minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Warm bean sauce
- 2 tsp Sweet bean sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Rice wine or possibly dry sherry
- 1 tsp Salt depending on your taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grnd Szechwan pepper
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp -(up to)
- 2 Tbsp. Warm red oil
- 9 Tbsp. Oil or possibly lard
