- 1/2 of a large onion or 1 medium onion minced
- 1/4 cup of red wine
- 4 1/2 inch slices of goat cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil (1 tbsp for mushrooms 3 for the steaks
- fresh cracked pepper and sea salt.
