Antipasto Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cauliflowerets
  • 2 c. broccoli, cut up
  • 2 c. carrots, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, cut up
  • 2 ribs celery, cut up
  • 2 ounce jar pimientos, liquid removed
  • 2 1/2 ounce jar olives, liquid removed
  • 3/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 c. water

Description

Put Together Ingredients In Large Pan. Bring To A Boil, Stirring Occasionally. Reduce Heat And Simmer, Covered, For 5 Min. Cool Quickly. Chill At Least 24 Hrs. Serves 6 To 8.
