- 6 ounce Cauliflower, cut into small pcs
- 6 ounce Broccoli or possibly 1 lb. asparagus
- 1 c. Carrots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 sm Zucchini, unpeeled and thinly sliced
- 1 lb Fettuccine noodles
- 1 c. Heavy cream
- 1/2 c. Chicken stock or possibly boullion
- 2 Tbsp. Basil
- 1 c. Grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese
