Fettuccine Primavera Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 med Shallot, chopped
  • 1 lrg Clove garlic, chopped
  • 6 ounce Cauliflower, cut into small pcs
  • 6 ounce Broccoli or possibly 1 lb. asparagus
  • 1 c. Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 sm Zucchini, unpeeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 lb Fettuccine noodles
  • 1 c. Heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. Chicken stock or possibly boullion
  • 2 Tbsp. Basil
  • 1 c. Grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese
