  • 12 x Coriander seeds, whole
  • 6 x Cloves, whole
  • 6 x Allspice, whole
  • 1 x Cinnamon stick, approx 3 inches long
  • 1 sm Red chili, dry
  • 1 x Ginger, 1 inch slice, fresh
  • 1 quart Vinegar, red wine or possibly cider


Place All Ingredients In Qt Jar Or Possibly Bottle; Seal. Store In Dark, Cold Location For At Least 3 Weeks. Use To Make Tangy Salad Dressings Or Possibly To Make Meat Marinades.…
