  • 4 lb Chicken
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 1/2 lb Nuts, minced
  • 2 tsp Garlic, grnd
  • 6 x Chilis, liquidated
  • 4 slc Of bread
  • 1 can Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 4 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 lrg Onion, finely minced
  •     Salt, to taste
  •     Pepper, to taste
  • 6 x Yellow potatoes
  • 1 can Olives
  • 3 x Large eggs, hard boiled


Boil The Chicken In Salted Water. Remove From Bone And Break Into Bite Size Pcs. In A Saucepan Heat The Oil And Fry The Onion, Garlic And Chili Peppers, Salt And Pepper To Taste.…
