Avacado And Prawns Recipe


  • 12 x Avacados
  • 800 gm Prawns, cleaned and deveined
  • 16 x Black olives
  • 2 x Limes, sliced
  •     A few sprigs parsley
  •     Vinaigrette dressing as required
  • 80 ml Mayonnaise
  • 200 ml Tomato sauce
  • 4 tsp Brandy, (20 ml.)
  • 2 tsp Chilli pwdr, (10 g.)
