• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 Tbsp. brandy

• 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) grated
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 jar Major Grey chutney - (10 ounce) pureed
• 1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds or possibly pine nuts
