  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk scalded
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Malibu or possibly other coconut-flavored rum
  • 5 x bananas abou, up to 6
  • 1/3 c. apple jelly
  • 1 c. well-chilled heavy cream
