  • 1 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Powdered dry celery leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Celery seeds
  • 2 ounce Brandy
  • 1/2 c. Fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  •     Flaky pastry for 3 double-
  •     Crust 9-inch pies
  • 1 lrg Egg, beaten
