Ingredients

  • 4 c. diced canned pineapple pcs - (32oz)
  • 1 x medium, stemmed, seeded and diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. dark or possibly golden brown raisins - (125ml)
  • 5 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro - (75ml)
  • 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar - (125ml)
  • 1 c. cider vinegar - (250ml)
  • 4 Tbsp. packed brown sugar or possibly more to taste - (60ml)
  • 1 x cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 tsp warm sauce - (2.5ml)
