- 3 bn spinach, stemmed (about 1#)

- 1 tsp butter
- Â Â Salt & Pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 4 x sushi-quality tuna steaks (6 to 7 ounces each)
- Â Â about 1" thick
- 1/2 tsp virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (black or possibly white)
