  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped


Drain Artichokes Thoroughly, Pressing To Remove Excess Liquid - Mash. Stir In Remaining Ingredients. Cover And Refrigerate.
