  • 4 c. arugula torn into

  • 4 tsp extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lrg red onion, sliced lengthwise into thin crescents
  • 4 lrg clove garlic chopped
  • 2 c. thinly sliced fennel bulb
