- 1 pound grnd chicken or possibly turkey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 T finely chopped bamboo shoots
- 3 T water chestnuts
- 3 T green onions and tops
- 3 T celery
- 3 T parsley
- 3 T bean sprouts (opt.)
- 3 to 4 T fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg or possibly ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika and salt
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 to 4 T butter
- 3/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 2 teaspoon each soy sauce and lemon juice
