Pheasant Kathleen Salad Recipe

  • 8 lrg fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 x heads Bibb or possibly leaf lettuce
  • 1 c. crumbled Stilton blue cheese
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 c. sliced peeled celery
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh blueberry raisins
  • 2 x tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 whl pheasant breasts
  • 1/2 c. seasoned flour
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 2 c. vegetable salad oil
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
