- 4 x Cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 x Bay leaves
- 1/2 x Green bell pepper, cored and seeded
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 tsp Dry oregano
- 2 x Strips bacon
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 sm Onion, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped

- 2 Tbsp. White wine
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar, or possibly to taste
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
