Artichoke Sunburst Cups Recipe


  • 1 can Artichokes hearts (16 oz), liquid removed and coarsely minced
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 4 ounce Land O Lakes Swiss Cheese, shredded (1 c.)
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Coarsely grnd pepper
  • 1 box frzn puff pastry sheets, (17 1/4-oz)
