  • 1/2 c. Virgin extra virgin olive oil (1 20ml)
  • 1/2 c. White wine vinegar (1 20 ml)
  • 1 x Spanish onion, diced
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/4 c. Parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  •     Salt & pepper
