- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Frosting:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- confectioner's sugar and vanilla to taste, whipped until stiff with some confectioners sugar and vanilla to taste

- 4 ounces of good quality semi-sweet chocolate
