- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp minced candied ginger, (optional)
- 1Â 1/2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp. flax seeds, coarsely grnd
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk or possibly soy lowfat milk
