- 1/2 lb Shelled shrimp, deveined
- 1/2 lb Lump crabmeat, picked over well
- 3 lrg Tomatoes, peeled and minced
- 3 x Green chiles, parched, peeled, and minced, (up to 4)
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Chopped fresh basil or possibly 1/4 tsp. dry basil
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd pepper
- 3 x Green onions, halved, then cut into 1 inch pcs
