Spicy Gorgonzola-pine Nut-herb Butter Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola or other herb soft cheese.
  • 3 Tbls of fresh thyme, minced.
  • 2 Tbls fresh rosemary, minced.
  • 2 Tbls fresh Italian parsley, minced.
  • 1 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • This is enough to use on 8 8 ounce beef tenderloin filets.
