  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 2 x heads garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 c. pine nuts
  • 4 ounce prosciutto, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
  • 4 ounce salami, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
  • 4 ounce roasted red bell peppers, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
  • 4 ounce roasted yellow red peppers, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
  • 6 ounce bocconcini cheese, cut into 1/2-inch pcs
  • 1 x large bunch fresh basil
  • 4 x serving fusilli pasta
  • 1 x salt and pepper
