Aubergine Recipe


  • 1 x Decent sized aubergine, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy/rice lowfat milk or possibly water
  • 1 c. Herbed bread crumbs, up to 2
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
