- 1 c. Sugar or possibly less
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 x Vanilla bean or possibly liquid vanilla
- 2 x Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pch Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or possibly Cognac
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Water
- 4 x Egg whites

Peel, Core And Slice Apples, Not Too Thin. Make A Syrup With The Water And The Sugar. Add In The Spices, Apples And Raisins. Cook Covered Till Tender, But Still Hold Their Shape.…
