- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- For the profiteroles:

- 85g butter
- 100ml milk
- 100ml water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 120g plain flour
- 3 eggs (1 tablespoon goes to the custard)
