A Jad (cucumber Pickle) Recipe


  • 4 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cucumber, very coarsely minced, or possibly sliced
  • 2 x shallots, minced
  • 3 x red and green prik ki nu, (birdseye chilies), thinly sliced.
