Avocado And Smoked Salmon Mousse Recipe


  • 8 ounce thinly-sliced smoked salmon
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp warm pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. chopped scallions
  • 1 lrg ripe avocado peeled, pitted,
  •     and cut into thin slices
  • 1 jar salmon roe - (15 ounce)
  •     Toasted croutons or possibly crackers for dipping
