Aubergine Casserole Recipe


  • 1 x Aubergine, cubed, unpeeled (approx. 3 c.)
  • 3 ounce Grated American cheese (low-fat)
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine recommended
  • 1/3 c. Water


Stir Together Aubergine And Cheese. Add In Salt, Pepper, Margarine And Water. Mix Well. Place Mix In Casserole And Bake At 350 Degrees For 35-45 Min In Oven. Serves 3-4.
