  • 1 c. Unsweetened pine-apple juice
  • 1 c. Crushed fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 c. Sliced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Red-wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Lime, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp Chopped jalape no, or possibly to taste
