  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 T minced parsley
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 T chopped parsley
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
