Ingredients

  • 5 lb Chicken legs & thighs,

  • 4 lrg Leeks, cleaned & cut into

  • 2 x Apples, tart, cut into thick

  • 3 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 c. Apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Dill, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  •     pn Black pepper
  •     Dill Cornmeal Dumplings
