Avocado Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 1/2 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 can (14.5-ounce) evaporated lowfat milk, well chilled
  • 1 c. Mashed ripe avocados
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar

Description

Mix Juices. Beat Lowfat Milk In Chilled Bowl Till Almost Doubled In Volume. Add In All Ingredients; Blend Well. Freeze.
