  • 4 ounce Smoked bacon
  • 1 sm Onion, diced
  • 3/4 c. Red wine
  • 1/2 c. Apple juice
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 3 x Juniper berries
  • 1 x Inch piece cinnamon stick
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
