- 3 x Carrots peeled, cut 2" chunk
- 1/2 lb Chayote quartered
- 1/2 lb Yams peeled, cut 1" cubes
- 1/2 lb Potatoes peeled, cut 1" cubes
- 1/2 sm Cabbage cut into wedges
