- 1 med Zucchini, (about /2 lb)
- 1/2 c. Carrots, shredded
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounce) Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce (no salt added)
- 1 can (6 ounce) tomato paste (no salt added)
- 2 c. Water
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. Water, (or possibly replace 1/2 c. with wine
