Aji (peruvian) Hot Sauce

Ingredients

2 bunches of fresh cilantro (stems removed), 3 jalapeno peppers, ½
Preparation
1
In food processor or blender, add cilantro, peppers, olive oil, and salt. Pulse, by adding water as needed until it´s well blended but not runny. Transfer sauce into a clean-squirt bottle. Store in refrigerator. Serve with any meats, or over hot steamed vegetables.
