4 large golden delicious apples, cored, peeled and cut into ¾ inch dices (about 2 lbs)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Caramel Sauce
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup apple cider
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 package ready-to-use square crepes (10 7- inch crepes)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
sour cream, for serving
