salt, to taste
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 mediums ripe tomatoes
8 basil leaves
1/4 cup goat cheese
3 tablespoons butter
4 sprig parsley, finely chopped
PASTA ALL'UOVO BASIC EGG
1 1/2 cups Extra fine durum semolina flour
2 Eggs
